Shannon has spent the past 25 years immersed in the world of accounting, helping businesses make sense of their numbers and turn challenges into opportunities. Her journey has been one of passion and dedication, working alongside entrepreneurs and business owners to streamline processes, improve financial health, and build sustainable growth strategies.
Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and goals of small to medium-sized businesses. Her approach is hands-on and tailored to each client, blending experience, problem-solving, and a forward-thinking mindset to create solutions that truly work.
Outside of accounting, she enjoys adventure and the simple joys of life in Northern Michigan. Whether off-roading in her Jeep, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with her family and their three Aussiedoodles, she values authenticity and balance in everything she does.

Keegan Plamondon

Keegan Plamondon is an ambitious and detail-oriented accounting professional at the start of his career. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Northern Michigan University, where he built a strong foundation in financial analysis, compliance, and business accounting principles. His education has provided him with the knowledge and skills to support businesses in managing their finances and making informed financial decisions.
As an Accounting Partner at Accounting by BKS, Keegan is focused on helping clients with customized financial solutions while continuing to grow and refine his expertise. His analytical mindset and commitment to accuracy make him a valuable resource for businesses looking to improve efficiency and financial organization.
Beyond his professional career, Keegan is an avid endurance athlete, training for triathlons through his passions for biking, running, and swimming. He also enjoys disc golf, and spending quality time with his family and friends. His dedication to continuous learning and self-improvement carries over into both his professional and personal life.

Director of Operations
Bridget brings over eight years of office administrative experience to Accounting by BKS, specializing in developing processes and procedures that promote efficiency and consistency. As the Director of Operations, she oversees the daily functions of the business, making certain that workflows are optimized and operations run smoothly.
